On Importance of Clearing the Mantles of Projection

Clearing the mantle of our subliminal absorptions of aspects, habits, projections that do not serve us in our highest expansion, freedom and liberation are crucial for healing, flow, growth and simply moving lighter, flying higher and soaring with our purpose and passions. 

In my practice and self experience I suggest flow journaling, proprioceptive writing, dream analysis sessions, channeled healing sessions, clearing works of different kinds and blocked energy release processes have proven to be one of the highest ways of clearing those untended conditioning of the limited self or the egoic ways. These hold the keys to unlocking any block to your subconscious patterning.That itself is a very liberating experience like peeling the onion layers of your external self to realize your perfectly aligned divine essence and get to express it in the grandest expression to the world. As you change those old patternings within you open yourself to the miraculous abundance of the new you and creating new expressions of that in your attracted reality. 

The projections of absorbed energies of others, outward conditionings, the egoic self, the unconsciously adopted coping mechanisms that create the mantle of habits and patterning in us and any such unexplored or unreleased mechanisms or energetic signature will pull you down, keeping up your doubts and push you off path, hindering you from realizing your highest potentials. Having a flow journal dialogue or proprioceptive clearing or guided meditative clearing to those untended parts of yourself will release the pressure and give you an objective view point of the projection of your ego or the unconsciously made conditions to living. This freeing is one of the greatest ways to realize your true life purpose and fulfill all those dreams chosen by your higher self in this incarnation.

What we often regard as the ego is determined and attended by our attachment to various external means. When we drop those attachments and labeling and get into our essence, there is only the wholesome sense of beingness and eternal presence that transcends all forms of outward projections. It is really funny how we can form attachments to this external baggage that comes with a price while we can experience immense freeing of energy and space to bring in new light and creations when we release these excess of attachments.

Yes, anything that comes as a repeat pattern or creates a situation in the external that is not of our highest progression. for eg procrastination on a dear project, chronic illness or accidents during a key point( for these read more of Gay Hendricks' works on the upper limiting problem in the Big Leap, one of my favorite works, that totally sums up a LOT about our core patterns) are big indicators of psychological projections working through the illness or affected body part, an unwanted repeat pattern in a relationship (usually partners and others in interaction project that part of us which we can bring in conscious light or sometimes through subconscious projections), old beliefs on stuck roles and projections about the self that could have been ingrained through childhood patterning rather than opening up to a space of wonder and expansion ( could be something like "I am not good enough at x, y, z", or "I can never... " “I should or must … “, "I should have or could have..." or comparisions with others --- fill in the blanks, usually occurring through parental projection or any experience in memory trigger while growing up or could be certain failed projects setting an unconscious belief system of stuck nature).... The 1st step is setting out to be on a space of wonder and getting curios about the self, when seeing any repeated unwanted patterns. Rather than why does this happen to me or why can I never be this or do this or attract such and such, it is about opening up the self further to check on for "What is playing on here underneath? Where did I get that from? Whose projection is it? What do I really want to bring in place of this?" and really coming to a whole bodied experience on that (clearing memory triggers, understanding the sensory reactions to them and really creating the space in resolving them) and bringing on the new commitment to living and manifesting the new reality of choice! Quite an amazing and wonderful opening really but it opens up with different wholebodied practices, getting into that wonder mode and learning to play with them as one learns to extend greater possibilities of the self! ♥

The important step is in creating the process for clearing the unconscious process. Flow journaling, dance body work, proprioceptive writing, dream analysis, guided release process meditations, writing morning pages, ... are some of my favorite practices to opening the curiosity to the unconscious commitments, clearing and fully embodying the new changes.  Also important to commit clearly in clearly and when one notices to fall back, to learn and recommit. What is really important to get into wonder mode than be in a cycle form of projections.
